Great hakka restaurant. The food was very tasty and the decor is modern and clean. The prices are a bit more expensive than other Hakka places, especially for the quantity of meat that you get. At other Hakka places, you get a lot more meat in their lunch specials, but I only got a few pieces here. It also took a long time to get my meal, but that's understandable since it's cooked fresh. Also, the parking is quite limited, but this is not their fault, it's the building owners. Make sure to validate your license plate inside the restaurant to avoid getting a ticket.

Good food, a little expensive for what you get but friendly staff. Just ordered from here tonight, we ordered chilli chicken, garlic chicken, beef teriyaki and mixed friend rice salt and pepper. We ordered everything mild because I am a wimp with spice. When I arrived it was pretty late 9pm and the place was empty, I had to stand around for several minutes before anyone came from the kitchen, if we hadn’t ordered ahead of time I would have left. That said, the girl was very friendly and pleasant, asked how much cutlery as well as if we wanted chopsticks see the above review. I was curious however was that along with our three regular dishes, we were getting 3 containers of white rice. First thing we noticed when we got home, every dish aside from the rice was three bowls of different coloured sauces with mixed meat inside them. That explained all the rice, none of these orders are dry, they are all meant to be eaten with rice, however since we already ordered the friend rice we decided to skip on them I’ll have that with my leftovers tomorrow. The food is all flavourful, but in my opinion the chilli chicken was fairly bland, I understand that we ordered mild but other places Szechuan Szechuan at Square One makes a fantastic dry chilli chicken, which is what we were expecting, we didn’t ask so that’s our fault. The garlic chicken and beef teriyaki are both fine but nothing to write home about. The fried on the other hand was excellent but SPICY! Wow! My mouth is still burning writing this, but I completely admit I am a wimp with spice. Overall, I would say this place is ok. We were not aware that every dish would be a container of sauce with meat which never helps, but perhaps the more other dishes are better. I would be willing to come back here again, but would certainly not order the same stuff aside from the fried rice and garlic chicken which was easily the best of the saucy dishes.

Attended a official business lunch at this restaurant. Food was excellent, appetizers and mains were very good. And presentation was amazing. Waiter was very helpful in choosing the dishes. Will be hosting more events here. Thank you

Zero taste, overpriced, small serving sizes, and long wait times. Worst Hakka place I've been to in a while. Ordered lollipop chicken and they brought out 8 tiny sized chicken pieces and charged $12. Apart from the fact that it was so small that you could finish one chicken in a single bite, it was also served cold and didn't taste like anything at all. The chili beef was also tasteless and soupy. Didn't taste like it had chili in it at all. In total, we ordered 3 dishes and paid almost $50 for it. Unacceptable. Advice for the management: lower your prices - you're not some high end restaurant especially when your dishes lack taste.

Visited this place yesterday for dinner looks like a new place good setting and food was good. Chicken Manchuria and noodle tasted good. We also got a complimentary appetizer as there was a little delay. The server provided good customer service. Also helped watch our kids while we ate our food. Kid friendly environment. Overall good restaurant in the neighbourhood

Ordered twice so far. Food was tasty and was ready within reasonable time. The staff is new and do require more training but I do appreciate the call back to clarify the phone order. My only concern is the portion size for amount charged. It should be a bit cheaper or bigger portion. Both orders came with too much cutlery. I would also like to see more eco friendly containers.

Dined here with my siblings last night and the food was great. Ordered paneer kebab, fried rice, and cauliflower Manchurian. All great and served quickly. Large serving portions good enough to pack up your meal to take home. Met the chef great guy will be visiting again with friends

Had the Shrimp and Noodles with Chili Garlic sauce. After some hesitation I ordered 'hot' instead of mild. Glad I did....it was just the right amount of heat. Generous serving, served quickly and reasonably priced. I will be returning. Only one question.....where were the chopsticks?

Nice atmosphere and modern. Great menu selection with good vegetarian items. Loved Vegetable Manchurian with Chilli garlic noodles. Delicious appetizers and decent beer menu. Staff was very friendly and patient. Would recommend for sure.

The food quality is very very bad. We had ordered some soup, rice and chicken gravy. The flavors were not good at all and it was overly spiced which did not allow us to taste what we are eating. There was so much food coloring added to the gravy, it was unreal. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay.The food isn’t great, the meat was undercooked and the veggies were raw and bad tasting and it's really sad to see themselves a hakka chinese place as it does not taste anything like it. The place was empty but still the food given had no attention to detail. Felt really squeazy after eating here. Would not recommend the place to anyone.
