Never been to the actual place because I live in Alabama, but I order loose leaf tea from them online. The teas are all so delicious and there are so many to choose from! It's very affordable and they always leave me a note and a free sample in my package!
Chocolatea is always an exciting destination for me. I love the variety of teas NOT found in grocery stores and other markets. Additionally, I'm a huge fan of their tea lattes and tea time paraphernalia.
The staff here is always friendly and patient with all of their guests. There is so much to choose from & it can be hard to make a decision. I enjoyed an island tea latte..very delicious! They have wonderful sweet treats too!

I've been coming here for years and ALWAYS have an amazing experience. Today I needed to buy some chocolates for teachers. Not only did she box them up, but she put bows on them too. The tea is amazing, the chocolates are amazing, but the people are what make Chocolatea extra special.
