Chipotle Mexican Grill

Paid $9 for a burrito bowl. Tastes great but I’ve never felt so ripped off by a chipotle as far as portion is concerned. Must be the new savings strategy or something. Or maybe somebody got hungry and got to it before me I have no idea

We wanted a somewhat healthy meal during our road trip from California to Michigan so we stopped here since we were already in the city to fuel up our car. Service was quick & friendly. Everyone working there was polite. Plus it was clean inside.

This is the 3rd time since November 3rd that I have gone here. All 3 times there was no grilled peppers or onions and they ran out of white rice. Additionally the steak, all 3 times, has been very dry. I don't think I will be returning. Seems this store doesn't know how to order food or prep for the day. All 3 visits were at different times of the day. One visit, my first in fact, was right when they opened for the day. Second visit was 2 in the afternoon and tonight was around 830pm. Somethings gotta give here. I can't be the only one this is happening to. I feel cheated.

So these are the tacos? I asked for cheese sour cream and hot sauce. Glad we paid 11.00$ for three tortillas with nothing in them. Don’t waste your time or money.

This was my first time ordering from Chipotle. I ordered a lifestyle bowl. It was amazing. I love spicy and it delivered! Flavorful, and filling. Probably going to be top of the list when I have to eat on the go.

Staff are usually excellent but the manager on shift this evening was quite unprofessional. She was yelling at staff about portions and actively stopping the line to show them how to portion the food. By the end of it I had half a bowl worth of food that I paid 16 dollars for. Please get this manager off the line her staff are doing fine without her.

We came in and there was a line to the door with only one girl working while the whole time we were there, the guy at the web order table just stood around doing nothing. The ice machine was out of order and the sodas were warm and apparently a pipe somewhere burst because there was a huge puddle around the drink station and bathrooms. I had to bring it to the crew's attention because no one was going out into the lobby even though this one guy was just standing there.

Maybe the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Terrible serving sizes, rice is always gluey and mushy, they always leave something off when ordering deliver or get something wrong. And constantly out of things as well. I need to stop giving them more chances. Every single time they are just a huge disappointment.

It was terrible. I have never eaten at Chipotle and we decided the 1st of the year was a good time to try it out. We didn't see the sign on the door because the customers in front of us were nice enough to hold the door open, so when we walked up to the counter we were greeted with "we're only doing online orders!". I said "ok", and we turned and left. When i got back to my car I saw the sign and it said online and "to go" orders, so technically, we should have been able to order something to go right? And there were people eating in the lobby? Which was odd, if they were only making "to go" orders... I probably won't ever be back. It's not worth it to try again, there are plenty of other restaurants in town. I don't mind following rules or policies, but they were just rude about it.

Today we visited this location and first thing we noticed when we walked in was how dirty it was. They were not very busy at this time. Food/drink on floors, counters, and tables needed to be wiped off. While ordering our food we explained to the guy taking our order that this was our first time. He welcomed us but did not explained how it worked. The window was dirty, the counter where all the food was needed to be wiped off and restocked. We got what was left of the chicken, steak, and guac. The ingredience we chose was just flopped on to our dish. It looked nothing like the pictures. When we reached the area to pay the counter was very dirty. Our table was sticky and all we could notice was the food on the floor. The chips we purchased were very greesey and tough to chew. We will not be making a return visit.
