****AVOID AT ALL COSTS**** This Chipotle location has turned for the worst recently with absolutely no regard to health & hygiene. Ingredients are mixed in each other, surfaces are nasty and no cleaning measures in place. The staff here is not motivated to provide customer service and the barely moving lines are a good indicator as such. I found the condition of the restaurant to be completely unacceptable during a recent visit which was to pick up an online order. When I reached here, I was told my order was delayed due to an hour long backlog of online orders and in person orders were being prioritized. After waiting for about 25 minutes, I checked in only to be told that my order was not in the system and I had to stand in line. What could have been a 5 minute pickup window turned into a 50 minute nightmare. Also to note that they are out of half the ingredients and my burrito bowl was just chicken over plain cold rice. Terrible experience and I will not be returning here at this location.

Ordered 2 carnitas burritos, and got home to find 2 bowls and missing ingredients. The ticket and the sticker on the bowls both said burrito. How hard is it? I wish this was the only time this has happened, but honestly chipotle gets more of my orders wrong than right. How do you guys manage to complicate the simple so often? Very disappointed once again. I'm the fool, because I keep coming back!

Placed an online order and received this embarrassment of a delivery. Completely unacceptable. Barely any food and most of the toppings I ordered weren't even there. AWFUL!

I waited 40 mins for an online order at the restaurant & came home to THIS!!! Every order was backed up & wrong. People had to keep coming back for their orders, I honestly should have done the same bc this is actually disturbing. Should be 0 stars to be honest.

The rice was practically porridge, the choices were all down to their last legs. the hables had this gross cast on them. It just felt dirty. One of three line workers were a delight.Food: 2/5

WORSE CHIPOTLE LOCATION Ive been here a few times and they are always out of chips, always out of guac, always out of drinks, and usually out of chicken and other ingredients. The employees do not seem to care, aren’t really working mostly just walking around aimlessly at a slow pace, and the line takes FOREVER. Avoid at all costs.

This is our second time at Chipotle Manchester. This time we ordered online in hopes of picking up for takeaway. The online ordering system allows you to choose a time for your food to be ready. Our food arrived 40 minutes later than promised. As we sat waiting, the floor was covered in food and trash more a customer issue than a chipotle issue. They had a guy sweeping who did an excellent job sweeping trash on to my shoes. Our large order of food arrived - five entrees. When we got it home and opened it up, the two entrees with added sides we paid extra for had zero sides. The rest of the orders were fine and the food quality in general was fine. But it kinda sucked waiting as long as we did to be shorted approx $8 in sides we paid for.

I hate leaving bad reviews. This was my first time going to this Chipotle, and I was hesitant because of the many reviews stating they often mess up orders. I ordered delivery…a burrito and a side of chips. Got my delivery…no chips. With the delivery fee and tip, I paid 25 dollars for just the burrito. When I contacted them, instead of reimbursing my card for the chips, they gave me a promo code that I could get free chips with my next order, and I have to use it within 30 days. No thanks. I think I’ll pass on reordering from this Chipotle.

As a former serve safe, I am extremely appalled by third location. Every time I come here the whole place is a mess. The tables are disgusting, the floors are gross, and the bathroom is foul. When I get up to the counter I absolutely want to vomit. The food is never rotated correctly. In other words the staff do not remove the older food and put the new food on top. Instead, they dump the new food in a new container onto the old food in the old container. It’s fair to say those containers stay in the hot water all day. The grills are absolutely disgusting and look like they are never cleaned. Wednesday was my last time going to this location as I got extremely sick from eating their food. All of the food was room temperature and this is not safe. There needs to be proper management and upkeep because this location is shameful.
