The business was very busy & severely understaffed the manager said they had 4 call outs that day and the manager was running the line to get everyone's food and working hard to make everyone happy. I was very impressed by the quality of food and the customer service given their circumstances!!
Food quality has been declining for years. Now they raised the price on EVERYTHING in the menu because they were too cheap to pay them more without the CEOs losing money. Just not worth it now. Just go to a Mexican restaurant. You'll get more food with better service.
Got to pick up meal, busy but staff was very friendly. Portions seemed less than what I've gotten from other brach locations, but each place is different.. would definitely order from here again.
I loved Chipotle! They made our food the way we wanted. Excellent customer service and very fast! Food was exceptional and was enough for two meals! Well worth price.
Currently only taking orders through the app. Not really advertised to customers who walk into the restaurant confused. Sat nearly an hour waiting for my order. The App gives one time and the location gives another
We got the new Quesadilla here. Don't bother. It looked nothing like what they advertise. It was not even put together or grilled. The chicken that was supposed to be inside it was in one of the side compartments, and the tortilla was not even grilled, it was just folded in half and placed in there... empty.
