Our new Equinox is the fifth Chevy that we have bought from Chipman and Taylor. Tom Taylor was the salesman for all five purchases. I don't just buy a car, I 'buy' a dealership. Tom's knowledge of vehicles is very broad and deep. He never tries to rush my decision (which typically takes weeks) and he is very helpful in helping me understand my new purchase after I ink the contract. He spent about an hour sitting in the vehicle with Ruth and me, showing us how to operate all of the different features.

For some reason they didn't know that our negative equity would affect us getting a car so they did a bunch of inquiries on our credit. I just wish they had a worksheet to go off of before doing credit checks. Now we have to wait two years before everything is off of credit report, which is really messed up

We have been purchasing Chevrolets from Chipman and Taylor for the past 40 years. We appreciate their continued efforts to give us the best price possible. We especially enjoy working with Karl, Dennis and Phil. They have been Chevy men for as long as we can remember. We know we can rely on their product knowledge and their personal commitment to make our experience no pressure, quick, and honest.
