Recent renos have made the place brighter and feel more open. The food is good and replaced frequently enough during the buffet for me to be satisfied. The dessert bar has a decent selection and their ice cream supplier makes the ice cream really creamy which I like as well. I can't say I've ever ordered food without coming to the buffet, but the buffet is certainly worth the money if you can eat a couple plates. Good variety of dishes at the buffet as well.
Wow. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, ginger beef and beef chow mein and everything was amazing. I can’t believe it took us so long to order from here. One of the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. The portions were great and the drive thru pick up was the cherry on top! Fantastic experience. Can’t wait to order from here again.
Searched on maps and found their website easily. Website had online ordering and telephone #. We opted for telephone ordering, and the process was seamless. The food was the star of the show, plentiful, hot and tasty. Will definitely order again.Food: 5/5
It was really great to go to a buffet again! They did a great job keeping everything clean! It was also fantastic food.Food: 5/5
Don't believe all the friends and family positive reviews. This is easily the worst buffet we've ever had. Arrived at 6 PM on a Sunday and the place was surprisingly busy. About 1/3 of the items were empty and they were very slow to bring more out. There were a handful of trays that never got filled for the entirety of our visit. The food that we did get was barely warm and of very poor quality. At $25 per person we felt ripped off. Will NEVER come back. Dirty as well.
We did take out and the food was pretty good. The Ginger Beef had a little spice too to it, which I liked, family would've preferred a little less spice. The Salt and Pepper squid was crispy and tasty. Normally with take out we get it home and the squid is soggy or rubbery, not this time, we got it home and even after 25mins or so, the squid was still crispy. Chicken and cashew in blackbean sauce was tasty. The house special chow mein was ok. We also order the steamed dumplings. When ordering online, it gave the option of the type of protein, so we chose shrimp. Unfortunately when we got them, they were pork. They were still pretty good with the chili oil. The staff seemed really friendly and attentive when we picked up our order. June 16 2022 - Did dine in. We were hoping to do the buffett, but it was only available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We decided off the menu and still worked out. Food was fresh and quick. The service was great and super friendly.
Food is amazing! But you can stand at counter for a very long time while staff takes phone in orders but won’t assist a live person… took seven orders ahead of me before even acknowledging I was even there…
The cafeteria has buffets from Tuesday to Sunday noon, and the dinner buffet on Friday, Saturday and Sunday is more diversified. It is really rare to have such a friendly price in today's rapidly rising prices! The color of the new menu is very warm, I like it
Worst Chinese Restaurant ever. Saturday night 6 pm, almost everything empty at the Buffet The young "waitress" told me she is getting a headache about my perfume. What's going on there? I know the name of her, but I will not posting it here. Not really nice service. The behavior from the staff is ridiculous. I will never go back there. Save your money.
Went here yesterday just to see if it was any different from when it used to be The Cochrane Palace, pretty much the only thing that has changed is the name on the building, and the renovations on the inside, also there are some new things on the menu but thats it. I ordered what i usually order and there was nothing special about it, everything tasted the same as before and it was good.
