I go there as a Treat for my Grandkids. I especially like the Passion Fruit tea with Mango burst balls. The kids tend to get the smoothies. Absolutely a real treat. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend going as something out of the ordinary. Hope they are here forever. Kid-friendliness: My Grands love going there.
The staff are always so friendly and helpful. My favourite drink is the mango smoothie Prices are a little expensive but you get real food and good service. Owners are amazing
I normally ordered the winter melon milk tea and it normally tastes good. But my recent order was very bad with very diluted taste. I went back to the shop and asked the staff to fix the order, what I got back was way too sweet drink and I have to throw it away. The quality need to be improved. Different staff come with different quality. I even experienced one time a milk tea with no syrup but I can't go back to complain since I drove away already. I normally order 50% sweet from the other milk tea shop just FYI. One time I order drink with coffee jelly but I got lycee jelly instead. I am very disappointed.
Ordered milk earl grey bubble tea with cheese foam. Got a jasmine tea, with no tapioca and cheese on the bottom they added tapioca when I asked, but still. Didn’t ask if I wanted it cold or hot I forgot to mention that I wanted it hot, so I got a bunch of ice. Only one person was serving, so it was quite long.
If your a boba newbie or a vet this is an awesome place to go for Bubble tea! Great selection of bubbles tapioca, jellies, popping bobas. Lots of traditional flavours and new combos to try and it was the first bubble tea place I’ve been to that put fresh greens on certain drinks. So classy.
Only tried the fruit teas. Not sure if it was just ill-prepared but probably the worst bbt I've had. Staff was nice and helpful: earning the second star
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Went here for the first time recently and was so happy with the food. Their "street food" fried fish cakes are so delicious and I was able to make a strawberry cheesecake bubble tea that was to die for. Will definitely be spending a lot of my money here. They are very reasonably priced for what and where they are as well. Very impressed
What a sad, pathetic disappointment.... Firstly, you are prompted to tip as you order, long before your order shows up. It is like, they got your money and tip, the quality of food/drink no longer matters. Ordered a Red Cherry Mousse drink and the Seafood sampler. No one came to see how things were, in fact ... they made us come up to the counter to pick-up our order, while customers of similar ethnic background, their orders were brought to their table. The seafood sample, don't do it, not worth it. No flavor of the sea at all. The only flavor came from the sweet chili sauce. The Red Cherry Mousse... absolutely no flavor at all. As for the Mousse, more like whipcream from the frozen section at a grocery store. Did not even have 1/4 of the drink. Plus they want you to put your own dishes away. Which is fine, but why tip, for ZERO customer service. Don't waste your time, definitely NOT worth the trip to Cochrane. Sadly disappointed
disgusted with the drink I had to throw up almost immediately after having the first sip. All the sugar or the syrup whatever they use was all at the bottom so when I took my first sip it was an intense taste of thick sweet syrup type substance. I've tried bubble tea all over Canada and no joke when I say this was the worst drink I ever had and it was just the basic brown sugar milk tea And the bubbles tastes like cardboard....
Best Bubble tea I've ever tried in Alberta! People there are so friendly, still manage to accommodate us even if they will close in 5 minutes. 30minutes drive from Calgary is not a waste of time just to get bubble tea here!
