The staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great the prices was reasonable. There was a great selections to choose from. I purchased 3 plates of food and it came out $50. Dollars and some change. I will definitely be going back. Treat yourself and stop cheating yourself.

Parking is hard in this area but the food is worth it.  Their portions are getting smaller each time I stop in but it’s still decent. Stop in and check it out  they also remodeled!

The staff is nice, the building is well-kept, and the portions are large.  Unfortunately, the food is less than optimal. My "vegetable lo mein" had no vegetables in it. The General Tso's chicken has absolutely no heat to it, and this from someone who thinks "Frank's Red Hot" is hot. The "Pan-Fried" dumplings I ordered are pretty clearly deep-fried, and have never seen a pan.

Chinatown is very delicious and the menu is well priced with great atmosphere & I highly recommend Chinatown on Thayer street. Best in town.

Everything was burnt and tasted burnt. Teriyaki was a charred mess. First and last time ordering. No flavor other than burnt. Greasy, fatty food. Much better places in RI.

I love Chinatown On Thayer. It’s your typical Chinese American restaurant. I’ve ordered delivery from them multiple times and their combination meal is great. They are super friendly when you order in person as well.  The only thing is they always add sauce to my seafood and I can never add a note to have it removed. I’ve tried many times to call them and correct it, but no one answers or it’s always busy.

2 entree combo with bourbon chicken to the leftand general tso’s to the right. so. much yummy food. i had already taken like 6 bites before taking the picture. wonderfully done chinese american. i ordered delivery through uber eats

If you are good to Chinatown, Chinatown will be good to you! I literally drive from over 30 minutes away to come here this is the spot in all of Providence. The food is fresh.  Been coming here since they opened up. I always see the same faces which means that there's a lot of consistency.  It's actually very rare that I go there and I not see the owner. Ray ALWAYS MAKES SURE YOUR FOOD IS A1!!!

It's one of my favorite Chinese food places. They're very generous with the amount of food you get, and they're always on point with the flavor. Watch out! You may get some free chicken wings while you wait in line to pay.Food: 5/5

It is truly hard to find really good and authentic Asian foods in this city, I can even say this entire state. I come from the West coast where this kind of thing is around almost every corner, but even there this establishment would stand apart from the rest. I've been here several times and tried several different items off their menu randomly and I cannot find a single flaw in any other dishes. This is quite frankly a quality, authentic, sit-down restaurant in a to-go format with budget to-go prices. You cannot beat these prices and you cannot beat the flavor. The service here is genuine and generous, reward yourself with a visit to this restaurant and reward them with a great tip.  These are great people and this place is always busy with long lines out the door. Nod to Rath and his colleagues for doing such a great job everyday. For plenty of hungry people looking for great Chinese takeout, they are the lifeline of the city. That delicious smokey smell of food when you are walking down Thayer Street? Yep that's Chinatown on Thayer that you are smelling.
