This was the most fantastic service company I had ever dealt with. All of the technicians were extremely courteous. Not only was their bid substantially lower than another company's, but they went the extra mile for me. They fixed the concrete cap on our chimney, replaced bricks, and did tuck pointing as well. There were also three slates near the chimney which needed to be replaced. Replacing them Not only did they fix them at no extra charge, but Dan, a company supervisor, even went out of his way to pick the slates up for me, and one of the technicians then returned the extra ones not needed. They scheduled the work when it was best for me. Chimney Concepts proposed repair of my 2 chimneys that perfectly matched my vision and circumstances. The crew, led by Andy, was punctual, polite and hardworking. They expertly matched my obsolete brick. Every morning, Andy explained the work plans for the day, and before leaving for the day, he reviewed the day's accomplishments and plans for the next day. My yard was always tidied each night. They protected my floors the day they worked inside. The finished work looks impeccable. Working with the office staff was always a positive experience.

Chimney rebuild and sweep: They do what they say they will. Clean, professional, obviously respect their equipment. Matched old brick to a “T”. Invoice included valuable upkeep information.

We had some work done to our fireplace, including adding a gas accelerator. The staff who set up the appointment were very nice and the technician that came to our house was a professional. He verified our chimney was in good shape and he was quick, clean and friendly. We would recommend Chimney Concepts to anyone!!
