Has become my favorite Thai food shop in Chilliwack!!! Food was very tasty, bit too much of a "thickener" in the cashew chicken and a tad on the higher side for food portions. There was no good dessert menu and they don't have a Thai iced tea available to go like most Thai shops I go to but still, this place is worth the visit! I imagine even more so if you eat in It took them 7 calls to answer their phone but were friendly enough when they did. Green curry with chicken Cashew chicken Coconut rice
Great food and service! Ordered the Pad Gra Paow and it was delicious! Yellow Curry was great as well and we had the Pad Thai as an appetizer, which we obviously finished! Will be back!
Not authentic thai!! You can tell from the picture that thai pineapple fried rice and satay skewers doesnt look like these…green curry and tom yum portion is so tiny for this price…. very disappointed. :
Ordered mild CHICKEN pad thai, I received what I thought was plain pad Thai without any meat. Shrimp and tofu were hidden at the bottom of container, maybe 4 peanuts in the corner and no chicken at all. My #12 with beef was very bland and meat seemed overdone. Very disappointed to have wasted 40$ on 2 wasted dishes.. tried calling restaurant, all 3 calls so far have gone straight to voicemail
If I had a complaint it would be the prices. It felt like there could have been more food for the price which is a compliment because I wanted more food. Spices can be added in the kitchen or on the side. Very attentive and knowledgeable wait staff. I will be going again. Kid-friendliness: There were items on the menu that were appealing to younger diners that they recognized.
We stopped here with our 3 year old son on our way home to Kelowna from the coast. The food was outstanding and the service was just as good. We loved all our dishes, and my son ate everything we have him.. chicken satay, sesame beef and curry chicken. We will visit again when we are passing through!
We travel from Abbotsford to eat here, which is probably all you need to know. This is hands down the best Thai Food around and it is always consistently fresh & great service. Cannot recommend #2, #43 and #47 enough. Our favorite dishes every time!
I LOVE this restaurant. The owners are very kind and most importantly the food is DELICIOUS! I will keep coming back. It gets busy on the weekends so be sure to make a reservation unless you’re ok with waiting for a table *ahem.. ahem.. @tripperde but not bad of a wait. I’ve only ever waited maybe 20 mins. Coming from Vancouver... I’ll take it!
Decided to try something different so went to Chillies in Chilliwack. What a gem, starting with the three employees especially the one walking us thru the memu.The place is very clean & bright with a lovely aroma coming from the kitchen. We especially liked the amount of room between tables so you didn't have to overhear other peoples conversation. The food was delicious, the Thai ice tea was out of this world & the deep fried bananas served with ice cream was to die for. The prices were reasonable & we will be making this a regular treat.
I grew up in the Chilliwack area and started going here in 2002 when they first opened and then moved to Bellingham in 2005. I haven't been back since I moved, but went today and the food was just as 5-star as it was back then even though it changed ownership to a family member since.. I ordered my favorite lunch special the #9 Gaeng Kar and my Mother had the #2 Thai Style Sweet & Sour Chicken. Both were excellent. and the prices very reasonable.. We need a Thai restaurant such as yours in Bellingham. Thank you for serving such good food.
