We went with a group of old friends during Northwestern Homecoming and our waiter Jackie was phenomenal! They checked in with us regularly, all of our orders were correct, and the food was warm and delicious. Our friend got the Halloween special and they gave her vampire fangs. So fun!
Short handed staffing. Amazingly my server handled well. Burgers were moist. The fries were perfectly cooked for my taste. Overall, a pleasantly surprised and well enjoyed dinner with the family given short staff.
For a weeknight dinner, you’ll be well taken care of by the serving staff. The bartender poured well balanced margaritas. The food and service was timely during their dinner rush. Best Chili’s on the Northside of Chicago, can’t be beat.
Great customer service. The fajitas are typical chain food. The restaurant can stand to be updated, but the staff are nice and very attentive. Hey, it’s Chili’s.
Great customer service and intimate....great food. Vegetarian options: There is salads on the menu Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly Parking: Very cheap parking in the lot across the street like $1 an hour.
The food was good. We ordered some Mexican dish and chicken sandwich
Did a to-go order of just baked potato soup for my dying grandmother, selected curbside pickup. Followed the pickup instructions and texted that I had arrived. Waited in my car for about 10minutes. You can see inside that the restaurant is empty and employees are sitting around on their phones. Went inside to the carry out desk and an employee was hiding under it on their phone. I asked for my order which was literally just sitting on a shelf, so frustrating.
Food was sub-par and the service was slow, definitely expected more out of this Chili's. Ultimately had a good time and powered through it since I was in good company, but I certainly was not disappointed when my group chose a different restaurant for the next day. Had a burger and fries, not terribly tasty but I suppose it 'got the job done.'
Price is reasonable. Taste is good but not great. It’s a pocket friendly option for students. Stuff is humble and helpful.Recommended dishesMargarita Grilled Chicken, Fries, Burger, Tortilla Soup
This is the second time I went and sat at the bar for multiple minutes with both managers staring at me and not saying anything at all. The first time it was the female manager and she was at the bar talking to a customer and she watched me sit down and never said anything. Now it's 230 in the afternoon and the male manager with long hair and glasses was sitting at the bar as if was a customer and stared at me when I sat down and proceeded to walk in the back and disappear. I feel this treatment is DEFINITELY race motivated and I won't spend another dime here. TERRIBLE
