Pretty nice place! Stopped here for the legendary hot chocolate with the toasted marshmallow fluff. Not being a sweet tooth, the fluff was a mouthful. The hot chocolate however was very high of quality. Nice dark hot chocolate mix with just the perfect amount of milk. Will try stop here again to try some of the desserts too. Worth the visit if you’re a crazy sweet tooth.
Small dessert shops in the middle of London are always so tempting to try when you’re walking around. So many fun and experimental places are popping up more and more and it’s pleasant to try all of them. Chin Chin is a nice place to have a quick dessert to eat in or grab and go. The flavours are plentiful and it gives you a chance to try something new. The ice cream cones with burnt marshmallows are so tasty. You get a combination of the sweet marshmallow and slightly bitter ice cream flavour which is refreshing. For the the dessert lovers out there, this is the spot to go for a hot drink, a cone, a cup and many more items that they offer.
Chin Chin is amazing! The deserts are really quality - even though one of the ice cream flavours wasn’t our fancy, it was still enjoyable enough to eat it all! We got the Sticky Toffee Pudding Sundae with Vanilla Bean ice cream and the Brownie Cookie Sandwich with Burnt Butter Caramel ice cream. The former was our favourite, the pudding warm and the right kind of sweet. With such a vast menu I’ll defo visit again :
The famous soho shop for their legendary hot chocolate, there was no way I was missing out on this place while in London. As the weather had gotten a bit nice and I had just had food so instead of the hot chocolate we went for a toffee pudding with banana ice cream and a cookie dough with vanilla ice cream. Both were good especially the ice cream, the dessert itself were just fine nothing extra ordinary. Might have to come back again just for the hot chocolate
Been coming here for around 3 years now and this is a place you have to visit in central London. It’s worth coming out of your way to visit. Best dessert is hands down the cookie dough. Warm cookie dough with some of the best ice cream flavours topped with a little chocolate. Hot chocolate is also out of this world. Staff are always very rude unfortunately, only minor negative but the food is worth it.
ICECREAM Chin Chin Dessert Club This dessert bar is the place to go if you are in Soho! The best hot chocolate this town has to offer. The vegan hot chocolate with the giant toasted marshmallow on top was so tasty and indulgent. The chocolate icecream in the handmade waffle cup was creamy, rich and delicious. The burnt butter caramel ice-cream topped with hazelnut sand was creamy in texture and lovely to eat. There were so many other choices on the menu . I would definitely want to go back and try and the cookie dough.
Pretty sweet desserts. Tried the brownie cookie sandwich; each element by itself was fine, but together it was too sweet. In hindsight, the biggest culprit was the marshmallow fluff and the absence of it would've helped immensely. The hazelnut sand was a good topping to balance things, but the nutty taste was hidden by the other flavours and personally, I would've loved even more of it. The cookie itself was tasty but rather soft, so don't expect to pick it up with your hands {don't worry, they provide a spoon}. Comes with a cute, branded chocolate square though!
This place has been on my list of “want to visit” for a very long time. The menu is fun and well displayed and presented with lovely illustrations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The deserts are well Presented and taste equally as good as they look. The store is small with limited seating. Contactless payments.
We went for the ice cream delicious and returned the same night for the hot chocolate even better. The service was friendly and personable. There were a good variety of flavors.
I meant to take a picture before I ate... But it looked too good! Love this place and highly reccomend the burnt butter ice cream with lots of sweet toppings! The staff, Alex, Dana & Pietro are super chill and make damn good coffee & ice cream. See you again soon!
