Chikara Fusion Food

They have a very cute picnic pack that comes with two scallop nigiri, mango roll, and pressed sushi in a thin wooden box. Their foie Gras and scallop sushi was also good. The only thing is, I find their sushi rice is quite average, lacking the light vinegar and sweet flavors other sushi shops have. Overall the sushi is good but not excellent.

This business is situated in a shared commercial kitchen setting so there's no storefront. Need to communicatw with them by phone, Instagram or wechat. Very limited designated parking among the shared businesses so parking itself is a nightmare. I suggest either order through delivery apps or park nearby at McDonald's as other business all have no parking or reserved parking signs. Pretty pricey food. I got the fantuan dianping app and ordered the two people combo, comes with uni bowl, fois gras bowl, scallop and ebi pressed sushi and two miso soups. The soup is literally just soup, no tofu or seaweed.. the rice bowl is decent size, probably not filling for average male appetite.

Discovered this place while walking around behind Vancouver Honda, waiting for car servicing. We ordered online with an Uber coupon. The portions were on the small side for the price, but it was all fresh and tasty.

Tasted pretty good and the presentation was nice, only comment is that the price is on the pricy side and the portions are small.

Well presented, average taste, very pricy.

Ordered via ubereats. Hokkaido Bowl. Ikura was not fresh. The real crab meat tasted like those from cans that you can buy from grocery store. The rice was put in the bowl when it was warm and then the botanical ebi was put on top afterwards. The sashimi was no longer cold but warm when it arrived. California Roll. Very pricy $10 for a california roll with imitation crab meat. Avocado was very dark grey in colour, near black seriously?!. Risotto scallop bowl. Tasted funny. Pumpkin rice seemed to have added cinnamon, hence the funny taste. They advertised 6 pieces of scallops but all very thin. I gave 2 stars because of the oshi. Salmon and unagi oshi were good. Otherwise, I would have given 1 star.
