This place is a hiddent gem. One of the best korean fried chicken in Edmonton. My favorite is the soy garlic and snow cheese spicy flavored chicken with fried rice topped w/ sunny side up egg. Their Chicken Burger and Quesadillas are also excellent. Plus the customer service is really good. :D

First time coming here and we were blown away. Food, service, prices, the vibes - it's all 10/10. They even give you a cute little bucket to throw away the chicken bones. Our server Chad was phenomenal - was very adorable & sweet. My husband loves spicy food and typically when we order spicy its often mild for him. However, chad acknowledged that, and made sure not to disappoint; had my husband sniffing and devouring the food! we'll definitely be back for more :

What a great spot to get some fried chicken! We tried the snow cheese chicken and the bulgogi poutine. The chicken was amazing - nice and crispy skin! The chicken meat was very tender and juicy but not greasy. Came out piping hot so we had to wait a little bit before eating. They also kindly provided us gloves so we could keep our hands nice and clean : The bulgogi poutine was also very good. The fries are thick cut and crispy but also melt in your mouth on the inside?! The gravy wasn't overly salty, which was appreciated! I think the cheese is a little on the light side but the presentation was great and for the fact that it's a fusion poutine, it's pretty delicious. Parking outside is convenient, but it's a one-hour limit from 9am to 6pm. Great for a quick meal.

Looking for a new fried chicken place to try? We were, and we are so happy we found this place. The fried chicken is excellent, it's cooked fresh to order and worth every penny. Four of us ate an order of whole chicken and there is still a few pieces left. We added an order of fries and these were crispy, golden delicious, some of the best in this city, not to mention the amazing customer service. If you ask me; would I return for more? I was craving for a Korean fried chicken and i found Chicken For You! Didn’t disappoint my taste buds at all! Everything taste fresh Gangjeong chicken is right on point exactly as the description is supposed to be. Price is reasonable for a huge portion I can’t complain anything at all. Green onion cake taste so fresh i will definitely come back and recommend it! A hole in the wall restaurant, a bit old place but they made sure that this place is clean and tidy. Their cooler looks clean and well maintained, a good sign of a proudly family owned restaurant. Do not be fooled by the look of the outside of this place. Authentic Korean Fried Chicken at its BEST with exceptional customer service. One of Edmonton's hidden treasures. I found this wonderful Gem looking at reviews for Fried chicken on google. I was not disappointed. Fresh made, great value and absolutely delicious ! First time at Chicken for You first I would like to say that is some fantastic chicken crispy and spicy now pay attention this is not your North American spice it is Korean they do it differently but the flavor yummy. Watch for your sizes 1/2 Chicken will easily feed 2 maybe 3 with fried rice a classic combination but more than 1 should eat in a sitting. The half chicken is broken down into smaller fried chicken morsels with a great coating sticky and hot but wonderful there is a gluten free options I will have to try later. But if you like chicken do yourself a flavor try this place. It is a small restaurant but so worth it. Dietary restrictions: Some GF offered.

I have been trying Korean Fried Chicken from different stores for a whole month, and all I can say Chicken for You has the best Korean Fried Chicken. The diversity of their fried chicken is insane, and you can tell their fried chicken is always fresh and home cook when you buy from them. They did not lie about their store description that says "We use fresh raw chicken meat from the local, marinate, batter, powder, and deep fry in a clean canola oil. We never pre-cook, nor use frozen meat." If you want to actually try home cook fried chicken without you doing the cooking, you need to try Chicken for You. They are the best than any fast food restaurants that sell fried chicken. Yes, it is going to be expensive but the quality you will get from them is immaculate. You will never experience high quality food from being cheap, remember that. You need to try Soy garlic fried chicken and snow cheese fried chicken. They are best!!

Was craving for Korean fried chicken when this place popped up in my Google search and decided to try it. I was blown by how good the food was. I ordered JOG Jalapeño, onion, garlic chicken and bulgogi quesadilla with fries on the side. The food was really tasty and the portions are great. I was surprised to see how much chicken there was for a half order. The service was also really good.
