Sandwiches are good but very over-hyped. Worth trying but I would not wait in line again. Prices are decent. Waffle fries are great. All the sauces taste awesome. Friendly staff. Always busy so expect to line up. The line moves along pretty well. You can order before getting to the counter to pay then you get your food. Free refills. Free sauce. Drinks are very watered down. No credit card surcharge. Mall WiFi available.
I recently visited Chick-fil-A, and overall, it's a pleasant fast-food spot. While the burgers aren't the tastiest, I really enjoyed their waffle fries. Their iced tea isn't overly sweet, which is a plus for me. The service was excellent, and I'd like to commend the person who maintains the dining area; he was very friendly and helpful to everyone. Keep up the good work!
New American chain fast food restaurant. Food is ok. Soft steam bun with deep fried chicken. Made when ordered, I believe. So, I guess it is the reason why I had to wait for 4 or 5 minutes. Service is ok as a fast food restaurant. Usually, there is a long queue to wait for the order. From start until I got the food, it took around 10 to 12 minutes. I would expect more from a fast food restaurant. The deco is ok. Floor is so dirty. I don't feel comfortable sitting there. Remember to ask for different favors of sauce. Just here for sauce.
Came here while running errands and don’t regret it! Honestly great service considering how long the lineup was. The line moved quick and there were people taking orders before you even got to the counter. The only thing was the wait after paying was a bit longer. The food is great and well prepared and I really enjoyed their Cherry Coke option.
Ordered the Deluxe spicy chicken combo. The waffle fries were good, but could have definitely been cooked a bit longer. The sandwich itself was good. Having said that, it does not compare to the spicy chicken sandwiches I had in American Chick-fil-A. So if you’re comparing like me, you will be disappointed. Overall the sandwich was good though. Even though the line was long, it took about 15 minutes to get our food. Would I go again? Yes, but only if other people I am with really want to go there. Also you must try the Polynesian Sauce with the waffle fries! It’s my favourite sauce here!
You have to try the chicken sandwiches at this place. Absolutely delicious and worth the price and wait. They’re really juicy, tender and flavourful. The fries are also excellent and taste amazing with the chick fil a sauce. The sweet tea is really good too, pairs well with the sandwich and fries. Definitely check it out if you can!Food: 5/5
Food is good. Typical chick fil a experience with attention to details from bag, tissue, dipping sauce, straw, etc. Ahead of others. But bad service at Square One location than other places. Server taking order was too fast and rude, showed the menu for 5 secs before finalizing the order. This needs to be fixed.Food: 5/5
I know to some 3 stars may seem too harsh for a place like this, but I do believe that people are pumping this place up more than it is. Don’t get me wrong, the service is nice. Being brought over and even having your food come to you is great, there’s a sense of respect among the staff which is nice to see in a Fast Food joint. But that’s just it, it’s a Fast Food place. And the quality reflects that, it’s simply chicken sandwiches. Regardless of the meme debate on which sandwich tastes better, they all meet the same level quality wise. It’s an average chicken sandwich with waffle fries instead of regular cut fries. Does it taste good? Absolutely, however when I left here I felt no different from when I would leave either a KFC or Popeyes. The service is commendable, but food is typical Fast Food style.
A new popular spot at the square one food court that is quite overhyped. In my honest opinion, a lot of the items are quite expensive and the wait time isn’t usually worth it. They have a decent amount of seating here however they don’t clean the tables often and we were left with a dirty table. There are so many staff members working and the store is always crowded. The service is on the fast end I would say however the staff constantly are always talking to each other and not as attentive to customers. Their waiting line is a bit confusing and not all menu items are listed when ordering. It is in a location that you definitely can’t miss. I strongly reccomend to try it once and never again. The food here is definitely not cheap. Parking: Square one parking! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available Wheelchair accessibility: Basically no wheelchair accessibility. Way too crowded
Don’t let the long line scare you, they have a process that works! Get in line, check out the menu while waiting they have a QR code. Before you even enter, they take down your order, you get in pay and wait for your food. I have to say the service was absolutely immaculate for a fast food joint. They were incredibly busy yet she found me to give me my drink. They responded very politely. They food arrived in a timely manner. The food itself, I got the chicken classic and it was delicious. Not too salty and perfectly flavoured. The waffle fries with the sauce were also great. Also try as many sauces without getting charged! Overall, very pleased with the quality, and service. They do have a dine in area which was being cleaned as customers left but it was very busy. Wheelchair accessibility: No barriers in place
