Absolutely delicious!! Ordered Mr. Universe deep dish. Best pizza we've eaten in a very long time! The crust was amazing. Perfect crunch and definitely held the piles of toppings! We were 1st time customers and will be back!
Picked up my pizza, realized it wasn’t full cooked when I picked it up and I asked the lady to cook it longer , she basically said no. I’m like okay I’ll just cook it some more at home , she replies “okay”. Was actually a decent pie after I finished it in my oven lol. But you still get 1 start for saying no.
Being from Chicago originally, and been living here in Canada for awhile, I was looking to enjoy some deep dish pizza. Someone told me I could get deep dish here, so I was excited. The pizza was good, I enjoyed it, but its not deep dish unfortunately.... at least not in the way I know it and was hoping it to be. The buttery crust was pretty close, but real deep dish can't be eaten with your hands. I would like to stress that the pizza was good, just wasn't what I was hoping it to be, and not better than the original like it says on the box. I would order from here again, I just wouldn't go out of my way for it.
Made a pickup order for a deep dish pizza, received the pizza and got home pizza was burnt, appearance was trash, the meat didn’t look great, figured it was okay, ate it, within an hour or so I had nausea, fever and cold sweats, got FOOD POISONING, will not be returning nor will I recommend this location.
Rude! Lady on the phone is extremely rude. Always act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your money. Food is trash and they never answer phone after midnight. Stay away!
Delicious. Got #27 deep dish. It felt like it weighed 5 pounds. The crust was so light and fresh. I wanted melted garlic butter to dip it in. Seriously the best pizza I have had in Alberta so far!
Last pizza had too much uncooked dough, nobody wants a soggy uncooked pizza crust, love the loaded toppings but will not order from again.
I ordered pizza to be delivered from this restaurant and the woman who spoke broken English said it would be about 45 min. After we had waited for 75 minutes, I called back to see why we had not received the order. I was told that they don't deliver here. I have had pizza delivered to this address on numerous occasions from this restaurant. I have always paid in full with a tip. This is very BAD customer service. I would suggest that people quit getting pizza from here since the owner says it will be delivered and does not have the decency to tell the customer otherwise. The least they could have done is called and said they were unable to deliver. I know I will never get anything from this restaurant again and I will be contacting head office about it.
The lady that answers the phone barely speaks English and really struggles to take an order. The 2 Donaire’s I picked up today had onions and tomatoes when I specifically said just sauce and cheese. There was Barely any Donaire meat.Very frustrating will not be ordering Donairs from this restaurant again. Extremely disappointed.
I’m not sure about this place? The pizza was fine. But we ordered a deep dish half & half, the menu said extra $2 to make it half & half. When my wife picked up order it was $40, it should 30.75 plus tax.
