A very cozy and clean place. The staffs are nice and food is great. It's apparent that the bar counter is very popular here. The lobster is surprisingly delicious. Everything is beyond my expectation.
I ate here with 6 friends on a quiet Monday night. The drinks were great and garnished beautifully. Food was very fresh and crisp. We got a variety of Asian, sushi and Thai and everyone enjoyed their entrees. It was fun to see the take out robot driving around the dining room with food from the kitchen. Service was friendly and prices reasonable. Parking: Plenty of parking in mall
Well we were a table of 4 people and the booth lighting was reduced so we could hardly see the menu's. They have No plate specials, so you have to purchase everything individually which is disappointing... Everyone at my table got their food, but for me I waited 15 minutes as other tables got their meals. Then I asked the waiter where was my entree, he counted the plates and realized he forgot mine then said coming right up. No Apologies at all for his incompetence at all, as I'll Never go there to eat as well as our friends that came with us.... Vegetarian options: 1 of my friends is a vegetarian and she liked her food. Good food. Some waiters are definitely not friendly at all. So they can replace their service with a robot... they have one in the restaurant. Very cute, plays music and smiles.
Horrible service! Came in the host pointed at a table we could sit at and we walked over and sat down. After 20 mins of no service we asked for a menu and received that. After another 15 mins of not being served and the waiter and host walking by use about 10 times we realized they were never going to serve us. Never even got water. We decided to leave and on our way out I told the waiter that we are leaving because we never got served and he laughed in my face and said okay bye. Never come if back again.
My spouse and I did not feel welcomed at this place. We didn't get a menu until 20 mins later after I flagged down a waiter..it took another 20 mins before we got up and left. No one offered us even water to drink. We were the only black couple in the restaurant so not sure if that made a difference. Food also looked overpriced.Service: 1/5
Never going to this place again!!!! After sitting down for 20mins we made an attempt to get up and leave and a waiter came to us asking if we need something I told him no one has helped us and his exact words were “you want to leave then leave” I said excuse me and he said “I don’t care” as he walked away. I told the host they had horrible service and she just laughed and said sorry. Other customers came up to us and told us they had already complained about the same thing. Over priced and horrible service. Never again!!!
Secret gem of swamp Scott. BEST Chinese food. Fresh, tasty snd organic meats. Owner and staff amazing! We love it there!
Overpriced Food with unfriendly service. Be prepared to wait. I have been here two separate times and both times the server seemed irritated to answer simple questions about the food. In addition the service took forever, we waited 15 minutes before the server came, another 15 before he came back and took our order, 20 to get the soup and 20 minutes after that for our main course. Over an hour before we started eating. I substituted chicken for beef and they added 4 dollars for the substitution which was a bit rediculous. The only saving grace was the food, which was very tasty but 18 dollars for beef in a black bean sauce with some green beans is a bit much especially with how poor the service is. Still worst service ever.
I will not come back here again. The waiter lost my friend Credit card and paid someone else's meal with the Credit card. The manager and waiter act stupid in the situation. At first, they keep telling my friend he lost his card. We both saw waiter the grabbed the credit card aggressively off the table. When my friend showed evidence in his online banking that his card was used to pay someone else's meal. The Manager was smiling too much and the waiter was saying racist stuff behind my friend back during the situation. I wish I could give them zero stars for racism and disrespect.
