Chef treated me poorly, a bad attitude. Which I could have ignored, I didn't go to a kebab shop to make friends. But he then handled the food and cash without gloves, which is completely unacceptable. And that was with me standing right in front of him, can you imagine what goes on behind closed doors? Disgusting practices.
The food was good, but not very good customer service.
My most yummy shish taok on the whole montreal. Great price and service, best food
Would put 0 stars if I could. As others have said, the staff really is rude. Simple politeness is key in customer service. Don't roll your eyes at customers like you hate your job next time, or make passive aggressive comments when we can't hear you properly.
I wouldn't recommend this place. They have the worst costumer service, it seems like people who works there doesn't like what they do. I would recommend the restaurant Boustan just on the other side of the street
Do not order falafel.. unless you want two tiny week old bricks that taste like dirt. Hands down the worst falafel my wife and I have had in North America or Europe. Plus the one fellow working that day was a rude and didn't even wear gloves while preparing the "food". Don't say I didn't try to warn you.
