Ashton is a Quebec city institution. It consistently serves delicious poutine with appropriately delicious cheese. Their burgers are also pretty delish. We were driving through on the 20. This location was quite convenient.

Probably the best poutine in the world. Absolutely amazing. The fries are crunchy, but not too crunchy. The cheese curds are squeaky and melt ever so slightly.
