Service was fast and efficient. Food is expensive but good.

Stayed at the nearby hotel while travelling and wanted a good Québec poutine. Despite being a chain and not local-recommended hole in the wall, this place did not disappoint. I got the Dulton and my partner got the classic, both were delicious in every way. Good prices, massive portions, highly recommended.

This was the second time I visited in a week. This location in Levis just off Aut 20. Restaurant was busy as it was lunchtime and I am told it is a very popular place at all their locations in the Quebec City area.nnLine moved quickly and food was served quickly and hot. Only tried the poutine on both times and locations attended. Great poutine. The key for me is the gravy used. Great taste and not sharp like other poutine restaurants.nnFrench area of Quebec but staff could speak English. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely attend again for food in the future.

Alex Provencher is the man and provided one of the best service experience I have received at a fast food restaurant!nnI called earlier to ask what time they close and if dine in or take out was available, and he gladly explained as I was visiting from out of province. In addition he was multilingual and when we got to the restaurant he took our order with excellent service!nnThe food is also excellent too and we got there regular sized poutines!nnThis place is must stop and model example of how similar fast food type restaurants should operate!nnMerci and bon travialle!

Chez Ashton has really good Poutine, not quite as good as Patate Mallette in Beauharnois but great nonetheless. I god the poutine with hot dogs in it. I normally do not like Poutine with added toppings but this was something else. The service is slow though. But the staff is still friendly. The atmosphere on the outside is nice. The building looks good. But then you have the interior which is not nearly so pretty. In all, Chez Ashton is a great poutine fast food restaurant. I wish it were more common in Monteregie.
