Some days service is quite good, not today. Staff wasn’t very helpful especially with the newer gas pumps. The station itself is very outdated and the store has poor selection. Why would you spend thousands of dollars on new pumps when the whole site is up for rezoning? Waste of money. Maybe it’s time to go to another location that is more modern and cleaner.

I don't even want to give any star for their today's service. There are 2 entrances for cars waiting in the line. However, there is a long line on No. 3 road's entrance but they don't care to spare some pumps out of 8 pumps in total. Every cars on no. 3 road does not know at all that no pump is spared for servicing us. I wait almost 40 mins. The 2 staffs and manager do not care to help us speed up the line. Please refer to Chervon's owner for this gas station if something you can do if it is an issue or just block the entrance on no. 3 road to enter the gas station so every car and driver knows to line up on Blundell to enter the gas station for service with fair. I have ever seen other gas station staff directs the traffic from different entrance with equal pump to serve the customer. I think customer's opinion being important to listen and see if service can be improved. I did talk to the 2 staffs working at the pump and also the manager just staying inside the station's building. Customer's time should be considered and shouldn't be wasted not necessary without apology. Thanks.nnI did correct the company's name as Chervon instead of Petro Canada. I want to mention that the drivers waiting on No. 3 do not know what happened even closer to the entrance as no possible view can be seen the area of that gas station. All the cars on pump actually face to the same direction which means no staffs or manager care about the line on no. 3 road. It is very ridiculous to have 2 entrances in that station. I shouldn't go there anymore if service is not too serious to be handled by that gas station's manager. No matter what, I can go other station even closer to me.nnThat's all I can share no matter how you deal with that. I wouldn't check if any improvement is done. This is about your air pump. The nozzle for the air pump is does not seal properly when inflating the a tire. Either the tip is too big or it was poorly manufactured, but either way when you try to fill your tire with air none of it goes in and your tire slowly deflates. I pointed this out to your staff, but they didn't seem to urgent about it. This is a safety hazard, people who need air are going to leave with even less air in their tires because of it. I filled up at the Petro Can in Broadmoore, which uses the same system and theirs had a properly fitting tip.

The service is always good, they always offer to help. But the price’s are always late to drop from surrounding gas station’s in Richmond between 3-7 cent’s per litre, if you look at the gas buddy app it usually 3 cents to start then a couple hours later goes to 6 cents difference.

Attendants are trying to direct traffic in the least efficient and unfair way possible especially for a busy day like today. On one side of the gas pump they’re letting cars put gas in regardless of which way they came in. And so when it was my turn to fuel up and drove over to the spot, the male attendant refused when there was an empty spot. I understand if it was to keep the same flow of direction but they need to do it to all pumps to not confuse the drivers. Also, that pump was not in use for at least 5 minutes!! I could’ve filled up my car during that time. Just went to a different gas station after that.
