I had a fantastic experience at Chevron yesterday. I needed to use the air machine for my car tires, which required $2.50 in change, but I didn't have any coins on me. A staff member named Honey went completely above and beyond to help me out and resolve the issue on the spot. It is so rare to find this level of helpfulness and genuine customer care these days. Honey is an absolute asset to this location, and because of her, I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this station!

I absolutely love chevron with the aeroplan points system and bonus 3 cents off certain times and with your cibc credit card. They have a lot of promos every month. I also like the staff - theyre all nice, chatty and helpful. Ive always enjoyed the great service.

Very disappointing service experience at this gas station. Every time I come here, I see several workers standing around near the pumps, chatting with each other instead of assisting customers. As per Richmond area rules, attendants are supposed to help with fueling — but when I park my car, they don’t even acknowledge me. Only when I’ve already stepped out and started pumping gas myself do they suddenly show up and ask, “Sir, do you need help?” It’s clearly done on purpose, just to appear helpful at the last moment without actually doing anything. I don’t need help filling up, but I do expect a bit of professionalism and courtesy — not this kind of lazy behavior. Very frustrating.
