5 star +++++++++ Just a note to say, I am so happy have joined Cherry Bomb Garage, I have been here for a year already, and plan to be a lot longer for sure, each time I come is a new experience, new work outs,  indoor and outdoor, leaving you feeling so good.  Our coach and trainer,  Sara is always there to watch out for you individually and she motivates everyone. She is so cool  and a lot of fun!   I have met the nicest people at Cherry Bomb and we all look out for each other. 
Sara's  famous words to us are BE You, Be strong, Be Awesome!

If you want to get your ass kicked - but in a good way, then this is the gym for you! Great coaches, awesome workouts and a wonderful mix of different people young and old with the same goal, to get stronger and stay healthy. Would recommend to anybody in the area who is looking for a great place to work out with a bunch of grand people.

I just finished the 30 day challenge and it was a challenge... if it wasn't why bother?  I was fantastic!  Sara is an old friend and a wonderful motivator and coach.  She is one tough cookie (mmmm cookies, sorry) and can kick excuses' butt but if you slip up on the eating healthy part she doesn't chastise you for it and tells you not to beat yourself up, just eat better starting the next meal.  Workouts are tough but short and fun.  Everyone was great in our group and everyone had their ups and downs but that's because we are all real people living real lives.  I lost some unwanted inches, gained some new friends and felt energized and more positive by the end.  I was proud of myself for not drinking alcohol (a single drop) for 30 days, or indulge in my usual sweets.  Everyone at work was impressed that I was sticking with it and asked how it was going often.  I even shared the protein balls with them (can't make those fast enough to share them, big hit).  So this challenge doesn't end here, we are all going to make better choices regarding our health from now on.  The only thing I would change is that I want Sara to live closer (it is a 5 hour drive to get there for me) but again we live our own lives and technology has kept us together. As she says.  Be you!  Be Strong!  Be Awesome!  I will Sara, I will.  Keep up the great work :)
