I have been going to Chemung family dental for quite a few years. I have had many dental procedures there and all have had great outcomes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are easy to talk to. Dr Dunn is an exceptional dentist who takes the time to explain things and does too notch dental work. Aside from that both him and his staff actually make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. If you need the services of a great dental office you can’t find a better option than Chemung family dental.

Genuinely NICE people! Way too often I’ve seen people shamed for not wanting to or being able to visit the dentist as often as they should for whatever reason. It’s so refreshing to not be shamed, to have multiple professionals saying “life happens, we are happy you are here now though, let’s see what we can do to help you”. Every single person I’ve talked to in this office seems to enjoy their job and that speaks volumes about the environment this office creates. Both Rita and Dr Dunn have been absolutely amazing and have been so helpful in the short time we’ve been coming here. We called on the recommendation of a friend and we’re so glad we did.

Dr. Dunn and his team were exceptional from start to finish, as a new patient I immediately felt welcome. They exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next appointment. Extra thanks to Nicki and Dr. Dunn and the whole team at Chemung Family Dental.

I had a tooth pulled out last Wednesday July 3. They were great with making me comfortable and I never felt a thing. The dentist was great and so was Jessica. Thank you so much.nnToday July 10 I received my retainer for sleep apnea and Jessica was wonderful at explaining everything to me. I will try it tonight lol thank you Jessica

I had my front tooth fixed! Always received great care and excellent customer service. Such a fantastic experience.
