Tried to call to order but did not work, so I ordered through their website and went to pick up. In person service was good, clean and nice atmosphere. Drinks were ok not too sweet that what I liked. I just don’t get it why the Vietnamese rice paper salad with a whole egg in good size and only $6.99 while the Vietnamese rice paper ROLLS with few rolls $10. Both of them were same ingredients.

Ordered the mixed fruit bingsu but asked for no strawberry. From my understanding and reading the menu it comes with the shaved ice, mango sauce and fruit. As I got the shaved ice I got disturbingly surprised by a fruit purée and egg looking jelly that WASN’T MENTIONED on the menu. As I brought this up to the staff it was difficult to explain to them this situation where I didn’t appreciate the random topping given. After 5m of embarrassment on front of other customers I finally got the bingsu that was accurate to the picture and description. Food was good but this incident is going to determine whether I’d come back here or not.

Good, as always. Got my first Honeydew Melon bubble tea in like, 10 years and it was a delight. Super nostalgic for me! They stopped offering the Hokkaido milk tea, which is a bit of a bummer.. But the red Thai tea is a pretty good substitute.

Absolutely love this bubble tea place. The decore is very clean and artistic. They have such a large variety of teas, ice cream and cakes. Their bathrooms are clean. The staff is nice. It's such a great place to chill.

The brown sugar latte is so goodddd. It does not taste too sweat like others places but it still satisfies my cravings for brown sugar. Brown Sugar with Tapioca Smoothie always tastes amazing, bubble tea sold at a fair price. They are also really fast with preparation---even at busy hours! Only reason I refrain from giving 5 stars is the customisation options not meeting my expectations, particularly the inability to alter the amount of ice on any of the drinks, and others being sold at a pre-set size. In terms of the ingredients you can add inside of your drink, however, this place's customisation is generous relative to other bubble tea stores.

Order 3 drink through uber, i think because i ordered from last minutes so it wasn't made probably. Black tea crema came with tapioca, which is it should be as description never include it which is i never ask for any topping now i have to wnd up waste it cause i don't like the tapioca taste. The black milk tea didn't come as items described, and non of drink have label of which is which. If you guy think that you won't be making the drink as normally nearly the closing time then you should closed uber a bit earlier to take care of drink quality. Not mean to be disrespectful but just an adviced to the store to be change better and you all want to order nearly closing time should consider if you don't want your money gone to waste.

The employees are super friendly and warm. The drinks and snacks were delicious and incredibly unique! The place is small, ideal for a walk-in grab and go but they also have some comfy chairs to sit and do some work. They clearly care about their product and customer satisfaction so a rushed service is not what you'll get but the time they spend making the drinks delivers pleasant surprises to the palate. We will most definitely return to try more from their menu!
