I was very happy with the service I received. I was not sure what I wanted so the saleswoman showed me a few shoes and found me a great pair. When I noticed one of the shoes squeaked and went back, they immediately gave me another pair which I am very happy with. They stand by their products and are always very friendly.

Great selection of high-quality shoes; unparalleled service from knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Especially great for shoes that fit orthotics. By far my favourite shoe store in Montreal. I've been a loyal customer for years.

The lady selling the shoes at eaton centre, looked unfriendly when i asked her several times to bring me the necessary shoes... Finally, i'm not satisfied with the sandals i bought - i cannot wear them, they slipp off the legs and are not comfortable to wear... The manager refused to change or reimburse it. Will Never buy from them again.

This is my seceret spot to find quality designer shoes for half their price!
