Chatters Hair Salon

I went there a few months back to get a cut and it was wonderful. I went there again thinking I'd get the same quality of service, however when I went in to get some simple highlights, Kari ruined my hair. I showed her some pictures of what I wanted and then said I would like some caramel highlights. She ended up bleaching my hair leaving me with blonde highlights and chemical burns from the bleach instead! I honestly cannot believe that she even works there. She told me she's been doing hair for 21 years, you'd think with that experience she'd listen to her clients and not leave them with chemical burns on their scalps. I don't even know what to do. I left in tears and with hair I can't stand to look at. After emailing customer service, the manager Ruth contacted me and apologized and offered to have my hair fixed as soon as I could. My normal stylist Mariah fixed the color for free and gave me a free cut the next time I go in. As horrible as the experience was, Ruth handled it very well and made me feel comfortable with getting it fixed.

Been going here for a basic mens cut for about a year, last one was two days ago- never had any problems. Brittany cuts my hair and does a fantastic job every time. All staff have been capable and professional from my encounters. Would highly recommend

Went to this Chatters over a couple years ago as it is close to my work. Happened to have Brittany cut my hair. I can't comment on the other stylists, but Brittany really knows her stuff. I've gotten a great haircut every time. Usually, going to get a haircut is a pain in the ass, but I feel right at home in this joint. I can't recommend Brittany and this Chatters highly enough. Very good!

First time getting a haircut with Amanda and loved it! Gave me lots of hair tips, and was super friendly. Very happy with my experience and will be back.

My hair colour got messed up but Amanda fixed it all by her heart. So happy to find a stylist like her. Yaaay Amanda 👍👍
