Chatime on Pembina is my favourite Bubble Tea place. I LOVE their Mango QQ! I have taken friends and family there. My cousin had bubble tea for the first time this weekend. The employee happily and patiently answered all of her questions and made recommendations. She loved the Peach Green Tea with coconut jelly that he recommended. I will be trying that one next! One of the best boba places to go to in Pembina! Always such nice coworkers, and great seats with outlets at each seat! There’s free wifi, and it is pretty fast! The boba is top tier, their honey dew slush is the best out of all other boba places! Highly recommend!
Tasted great but service was slow. Only one employee but many delivery drivers taking space for in person customers. Update, went for second time. Staff were very friendly and very fast service. I am changing rating to 5.
Refreshing and yummy milk tea in the city. You can choose how much sugar, ice content and add-ons you want to put in your milk tea. Very patient and helpful staff. They take orders quick and serve your milk tea in an instant. Clean store. Will definitely recommend.

One of my favorite bubble tea places in the city! I've collected so many points over a certain amount of time, it's ridiculous how much I go here! If you're looking for great smoothie or slush bubble tea this isn't the place, go to Panda Tea for that. Chatime has better flavorful fusion teas, original teas and milk teas than their smoothies styles teas. You get to choose your sugar and ice level for most drinks, keep in mind their default level could be too sweet for most. The staff were friendly and patient with us even though we couldn't make up our minds. I love all the options and customizations. My husband wasn't impressed with his coffee drink but there's a Starbucks down the street for that. I liked my black tea with jelly
Arrived at 10:43, they close at 11. Rejected me for having 4 customers ahead of me. OK. Went to Panda Tea right after this, arrived at 10: 47, who also closes at 11. And this is what Panda Tea looked like at the time. The picture Chattime is ALWAYS SLOW. And having to close later is your problem, not mine. We arrived at business time.
