Chatime

My first time visited this location because passed by so dropped by to get a free birthday drink. Wasn't busy, nobody inside. The staff was really friendly. The place clean and looked really nice to sit inside so next time we will dine in. Thai milk tea with pearls is my favorite bubble tea ever and they make the best at Chatime. I tried at many bubbles tea shops but nobody can beat there taste just like I had back home in Thailand. I am a fan of Chatime for so many years and never disappointed me.

One of our go to places for chai time in Surrey. Consistent each time we go and to other stores with fresh pearls/jelly. Always fast and get to order and go right away. Always order mango qq one of my favourites and the Thai milk tea is always good here as well-another favourite on the list. Roasted brown rice milk tea is another good one!

Come here often for the popping pearls and also their house milk tea is great. Their milk teas have a roasted/smoky flavour that I love. It is a bit on the expensive side for what you get. The tapioca pearls aren't the best but not bad. It is normally empty and quiet every time we go and nice to sit and enjoy our drink inside. The customer service is hit and miss.

The tea is strong and the pearls are sweet and chewy - overall, the milk tea is good. However, the sizes are tiny compared to other places and it is more expensive. The flavour isn't good enough to justify the high prices, small size, or coming here again.

Went in to order smoothie. Girl working out my order as a large without asking me. Trying to cheat the customer to take more money. Very unprofessional and low class behaviour. Will never be back. And other heavy set Asian girl with black hair behind didn’t say anything and just glared at me. Girl you helped me was dark-skinned mature looking, Filipino woman. Don’t come here. Very uncomfortable and unsettling experience dealing with these people.

Ordered delivery on Uber and received no straws especially for bubble tea with PEARLS!! Called the store to complain and girl told me come to the store and she will give me the straws. What’s the point of ordering for the delivery then??! How about a sincere apology for messing up?

Always mess up brown sugar order, they either put almond milk or milk tea. I told the lady I want it with fresh milk. This is 4 times mess up my order, so disappointing.

Brown sugar bbt with oat milk with grass jelly is good here! Thank you ladies for great customer service, made it on time to grab my drinks!!

Another great place to get some boba. Spacious interior makes it a good place to enjoy your drink. I usually get the roasted milk tea with pudding. No sugar no ice. It’s the best I’ve had so far compared to the other boba places. The pudding here is the best. Bubble world or pearl fever coco etc. All their pudding has the consistency of jelly but chatime pudding is the best.

I'm new to the bubble tea world but omg....I've tried every slush and milk tea available and they've all been amazing. The staff are incredible!!
