Live nearby and craving for bubble tea so give them a try. Pretty happy with the favor that not sugary, perfect for me that I ordered matcha milk tea and yep, full of matcha favor, I love it because some places when you ordered matcha, you won't even taste it but this place full of favor. Really nice service. Everywhere clean and organized, I like a lot. Their donuts also delicious, we ate all so fast.. hehehe.. See you again because my babies love your blueberry-Rose slushy One more thing, love the cover! The cartoon version that made us laugh plus knowledge blé too, what a great idea!! I haven't seen before

We decided to try the bubble tea here since we live nearby. Not bad, the milk teas are less sugary but decent. Busy place but that staff are nice and it's very clean. Will definitely be coming back! :D

the man and his wife who run this location are amazing. Always so professional. Very clean and bright environment aesthetically pleasing. A place in panorama you'll have to try for your self. I love following them in instagram to see the specialty boba flavors they have that day! I've never been to a boba place that have fun flavors of boba besides the original ones

Clean place, decent service. Store was quiet. They ran out of bubble waffle batter the time that I went at 4pm. I was only able to buy one bubble waffle instead of two. They said they had to make more batter and it will take 30 minutes. The bubble waffle was soft. We ordered brown sugar milk tea and it was very sweet. When we ask a question at the counter, the person didn’t want to talk to us and point us to the counter to order. There was only 3 people in the store at the time. I probably won’t try it again.

Bubble tea is good, staff are excessively slow and unprofessional. Rather on the rude side. Need to improve customer services and avoid too many artificial syrups in drinks. Great presentation though

It was my first time trying Boba Boy decided on a Mango milk tea which I often don’t see on many menus. The drink itself is pretty good but the tapioca pearls that they use I would give a 0/5 and that they take away from the actual drink! You would think boba boy would have amazing boba but unfortunately the boba here is a miss

There were two incidents where they made my order wrong ! And instead of owning up to their mistake, she would rather question her customer about their order! Very dissapointing! First incident was an order I made through skip the dishes. They forgot the pearls to one of the drinks i ordered and when I called them about it, the girl who answered the phone said to call the skip the dishes instead. And also said, “you know our pearls are white not brown”. Ive been going to boba boy for the longest time so yes I know what kind of pearls they have ! And I know how to check if my drink was done perfectly as ordered which it wasnt! Second incident was today when my niece ordered a drink with coconut jelly but instead she got it with pearls! So I went back and told them that they made my order wrong but instead of owning up to her mistake .. she said that my niece ordered pearls. I showed ther the sticker on the drink and its the wrong sticker too because it says “half P” . The other guy was nice and said they can add the coconut jelly on top of the drink which i said was okay. But the girl “Jennifer” said “do you want just half of coconut jelly because she wanted half half” . I was like “no” she didnt order half half to begin “she ordered her drink with just “coconut jelly” . And I can tell by her facial expression that she was annoyed and she still feels like she was right and that the customer was wrong ! She was skeptical about my compaint! See the pics posted ! Its clearly a mistake on her part! Coz the number order is wrong meaning she gave our actual order to another customer !

This Local Bubble tea shop has lots of delicious, varieties of drinks available. Their pearls are made fresh in store daily and they try very hard to have a comfortable environment and safety measures in place for all staffs and customers. The previous negative reviews from someone having health issues asthma and pregnant person just didn’t make much sense. First of all, if you are having health issues, you should stay home! Let alone going out in public places and putting yourself, your partner and baby at risk by not wearing a mask. Don’t ask for a mask if you refuse to wear one. Everyone has a mask these days, they don’t cost much so don’t be rude and cheap. Yes, it’s your right, but don’t mix religion to it. Don’t use God as an excuse, and if you can’t wear a mask, you can stay home and order online for delivery ! God teaches us to be humble, and caring for others, not bullying.

The Oreo smoothie was horrible, was literally ice and chocolate syrup with an Oreo in it for 7 dollars! Two stars because it was a nice establishment at least…
