Chase Bank

I tried to give this location 900 cash to pay on my credit card bill. I sent my Fiancé to pay the bill since I have a full time Job. This branch and they say every other branch will not accept cash on a payment because she is not on the account BUT they will accept a cashiers check or money order !! What a waste of time. She is standing there with 9- $100 dollar bills, what is more real than that? its not like we are asking to withdraw money but simply pay a bill off. Now I will have to go myself and pay off and also CLOSE the account. I will gladly do business elsewhere . Dort Federal Credit union lets her deposit my weekly paychecks no questions asked or cash deposits as well. Hope this helps you make a banking decision in the future !
