Chase Bank

Hands down the worst banking experience EVER and I don't even bank there. Helping my friend out who's daughter is in the hospital with Cancer, mom has not left the hospital in 30 days. I go to the bank with a form that needs to be filled out so the sick daughter can keep her insurance. First they told me they never fill those forms out then the branch manager was called in to explain they would all lose their jobs if they filled it out. Privacy policy... BLAH BLAH BLAH I said I don't need the form back I just need it filled out for my friend and faxed to the # listed on the form. NOPE CAN'T DO IT. Mom has to come in. So if mom leaves the hospital to come in the form will be filled out. Nope we don't fill out those forms. SERIOUSLY, WTH? And that's why I bank elsewhere.

The website said approx 10 min wait. VERY optimistic!! I'm standing in line ..at least 15 minutes now and only 2 people have been waited on so far ahead of me. And I only have 4 more in front of me to go. 2 tellers. But of course 5 other employees are here also but "unavailable " to help. Now 4 more customers in back of me also. Oops.. 1 left.

Ive been here often as of late and it's always a good visit. The staff is great.

Awful experience! Long wait, cold, impersonal service. Whole transaction took over half an hour. You are greeted by a hostess which just seems weird you can't just go to a teller. Had to close an account. I prefer banking at Credit Unions. Great customer service, fast and friendly service.
