Chase Bank

Didn’t like the service. Came here with my friend to open a checking account 1:20pm they said no because it take 45min to 1 hour. When they close at 2pm. Matt was very rude. Chase bank need to start hiring better employees at this brach.

Im a current account holder with Chase. Came in at 4:45 today wanting open up an account for my daughter and we were turned away because it was almost 5pm. Hmmm. I wonder if us being dressed in our work clothes had anything to do with it???? Very bad business practice. I'm sure if I came in with a very large check for deposit they wouldn't have turned us away.

I have been banking with Chase for more than 10 years. The Independence bank is terrible. They have the worst customer service of any bank I've ever experienced. Total and complete incompetence! Serious consideration should be given for Chase to close this location. I live in Independence and this bank is close to me. It's unfortunate that I have to go to the Seven Hills bank for simple transactions.

I have been banking with chase for 6 years. The Independence branch is just very fancy and big in appearance. No safe deposit boxes, limited staff who are inflexible, slow and certainly not committed to customer service.

Horrible experience with buying a house through Chase bank in Independence with their mortgage guy. We would go in to fill out paperwork. "This is good, this is everything we need...there won't be any problems" A couple days later, we get in the mail that we're going to be denied and we're missing all this information. Go back in, mortgage guy starts to argue with us. What happened to professionalism. I would send an email, He would send me nasty responses back. We go to talk with his manager, he was no better. We were told that they wouldn't honor $4,000 for something months ago. Nothing made any sense. I go in to talk with the President of the branch president, she tells me how sorry she is and tried to call mortgage guy herself. No answer. Doesn't respond to her text either. So she goes on to tell me how he's having a hard time right now and making excuses! Everyone has problems. You leave it at the door and don't take it out on customers! She tells me that she's going to take care of him. Well I find out that a friend is having the EXACT same issues. Isn't that interesting. What happened to taking care of the problem? HORRIBLE SERVICE. Home Buyers, Go to Third Federal!
