Everything can be done online or through the mail if you do not live close by. I've had every account: savings, checking, car, boat and rv loan thru TCU and Iove their professional, courteous service.
I had a concern with an NSF being posted to my Money Market account due to an electronic transfer. I was charged $37.00, but I spoke to a Taleris Customer Service rep by the name of Yesmaris. She was very helpful in explaining why I was charged the NSF, but I was not happy about it as I felt that it was unfair. Yesmaris agreed to escalate my appeal to management, and the NSF charge was ultimately reversed within a couple of days. Throughout the process, Yesmaris was considerate, professional, and understanding. Kudos to her for understanding what CUSTOMER SERVICE really means!
Good interest rates, easy paycheck withdrawal system, easy loans. I'll be doing all auto loans through them moving forward
Pay attention to all of the awful reviews this Credit Union has!!! They offered the best interest rate when I had applied at a local dealership so I just went with them, not knowing the three years of constant hassle they were! I have never in my life dealt with a company that “loses” checks in the mail more then they do. Sure once, I could see something happening, but no. Five separate occasions they’ve “lost” my checks in the mail. I swear it’s just to make you pay their online and by phone processing fees. Their staff is AWFUL as well. You can leave voicemails, emails and no one ever calls you back. The only time you’re going to hear back from this company is when the rude man from their collection department is calling you because another check “got lost in the mail.” Do yourself a favor and pay that extra .05% of interest and avoid this awful company! To sell my vehicle the buying party wanted a 10 day pay off letter with their letterhead. Something that any company should be able to provide, but nope not them, not surprising either. We had to go through the hassle of four way calling to get a verbal from them, which not only the buying party, but the other financial institution has never heard of. My favorite part about this company is knowing I never have to deal with them again. Save yourself the hassle and find a financing institution elsewhere!!
I have to agree, I am in the process of getting a loan with them and I received the same loan officer BRIAN with his nasty attitude every time I call. They make you not want to do business with them. The responder says the same thing in every response but clearly the consumer is not receiving that if they are all saying the same this -1. Dully noted, I'll try another credit union.
Got my car loan through them. Yeah, they’ll give you a cheap rate but the customer support is beyond horrid; website is a joke; they will nickel and dime you in fees until you’re paying way more than if you went with another loan provider. Do yourself a favor and heed all review advice and do not accept a loan through this company.
I’ve been a member for years without issue. I’ve had to call the loan department twice in the last 3 weeks and unfortunately talked to the same rude person each time, who wasn’t very respectful and didn’t seem to appreciate my business. After both those experiences and looking at other reviews I’m starting to have second thoughts.
Been with them Roughly since 2009 no loyalty and no communication. JUST FEE AFTER FEE . NO EXPLANATION NO NOTICE . NO MORE. TIME FOR A CHANGE. I have a limit and know how many times can use my card. I try real hard to NEVER USE MY PIN # BECAUSE I KNOW I WILL BE CHARGED A FEE. I BEING CHARGED A FEE FOR AMOUNTS, WALMART,GIANT EAGLE& NOW BATH & BODY WORKS. I am running out of places to shop and use my card WITHOUT BEING HIT WITH A FEE.
Doors locked during business hours won’t answer phone either cars in parking lot, everyone must be taking a nap
Go somewhere else to bank, I was charged 2 overdraft fees on an account that has a $5 required balance, I hit the wrong button typing in the payment to my credit card which took the balance down to $4, noone would reverse the charges. I didn't even overdraft the account and was charged $74!!
