This branch has tellers that are extremely rude and condescending about account information. Instead of assisting its clients with information, they talk down to you. Secondly, they ALWAYS try to weasel you into a new credit card or special offer they have. I simply like to make my deposit and be done with it. Even worse, earlier in the year, I declined a credit card offer. The teller said that he needed my mother's maiden name in order to put through that I didn't want to accept. At first I did not give out the information, but he insisted he needed it. The next week I received that credit card in my name which I had to go through a lengthy process of canceling when I DIDN'T want it in the first place. I love Chase, but there is a reason I will refrain from going to this branch. I will continue going to the Chase in Orland Park and Lisle for my banking needs.
