Chase Bank

Friendly when I go in, but don't depend for them to be open on snow days. If I could get there they should been able. All other ban J s were open 1/19/17

I have banked with Chase Bank in Mt Shasta ever since they changed from Washington Mutual. I like this bank with a nice staff who always greet me when I come into the bank. I was really appreciative of Barry the manager who allowed me to over draw my account so I could order Canadian Dollars for an up coming trip. Then he removed the charges the next day so I could have my money in time for my trip. This is real hometown banking, the kind of banking that makes you feel comfortable where your home mortgage, money and safety deposit box for free is with a major national bank. I have 3 accounts with Chase. Sometimes we as consumers get caught up in the thinking Jaime Diamond and his big bank is too big for their britches, well maybe he is. But Barry and that staff at the Chase bank in Mount Shasta has my back and that makes me a loyal customer.

Opened a checking acct and i felt like i had been banking there for years very friendly
