We went in to get something notorized, weve been customers for over twelve years and the notory wasted fifteen minutes looking through a book not sure if he could accept my signiture because it has an enya in it. Then deciding he could do it, conviently ran out of time because his shift was over. The manager came over after the notory wasted another five minutes waiting to ask his manager if he could do it and basically yelled at us for taking all of his employees time. I have never felt more embaressed or humiliated in my life. We asked very kindly if they could simply stamp our paper that was time sensative and the manager continued to berate us. Terrible, horrible service. We will be in touch with better buisness bearue. We ended up going to a different bank who got it done within five minutes.
