Bank of America Financial Center

This bank's policies are just garbage. There is a fee for almost every thing. The ONLY saving grace to BofA's Redmond location is that the customer service given by the staff has always been good to me. Plan on a wait if you walk in, they are usually understaffed per corporate demand. For any one who goes east or to a smaller town on a regular basis this is not the bank for you as they have deemed rural or towns under 35k people as non viable places to do business.

The five stars is for the gentleman teller who helped me here last night (10/6) just before the center closed. Phone service was awful but he calmed me down and solved my issue within minutes. Thank you sir

Always under staffed. Don't take people in order they come, including drive thur.

Had a problem with unauthorized charges to account called claims called customer service even talke to supervisors. All told me it was my problem and would not refund all overdraft fees that aquired for two weeks while waiting for the dust to seattle. Went into this branch thinking they cold help. Told me it was not their problem they are running a business. Told them im closing accounts and Had no problem!
