Chase Bank

Great branch with extremely helpful staff. The tellers are behind glass... but when the crazy guy behind me started singing along with the muzak at a high volume, I started to understand why this is necessary. Kudos to Chase for keeping a branch in this neighborhood when there is another nearby in downtown!

Worst experience ever .I was there today and waited for long time I didn't mind somebody came after me was so close to me so I was try to stay litter away from her I moved to side littler bit.when is my turn she almost Stand right next me.when they called next she was trying to go first so I told her I'm the first and she was screaming she told me here has two line so I was on another line so I asked people work there and she told me it's only one line here. So I told her eighter you or somebody else should come explain to them. And they did not listen. The lady behind me made thing so big . Tell everybody comes in she should go first.i was so mad. I mad about her but I know she's cheap.but workers should come to explain to them immidietly .so disappointed never had bad experience by using chase bank. Never want to go back there.i was hope I never been.
