Charm & Champagne Beauty Studio

Chris is great! Very friendly, professional and skilled. As a practical guy with a pretty basic hairstyle I could never see the point of paying more than $25 for a haircut, but after my girlfriend convinced me to try Chris I am more than willing to pay the additional price. And I now find that I wind up spending around the same amount anyways as my hair grows out better so I don't need to go as frequently as I used to with a standard barber. Highly recommended.

Aside from the simple elegance, warm and comfortable atmosphere you are immediately welcomed in to, Chris and her professional stylists make you feel special throughout your time there and you always come out with exactly what you expected and better. Chris and her little touches, the birthday email I unexpetedly received, shows the committment to her customers and detailed customer service.

I've made an appointment with Charm and Champagne because their Instagram profile was very appealing and because I wanted a balayage. When I arrived, the hairdresser told me that he understood I wanted a blow and dry and that he didn't have time for the balayage. I understand that there was a miscommunication issue, and that can happen, we are all humans!! But I left the place and I was not offered any kind of compensation, rescheduling or anything that could solve the situation. Why would you let a customer walk out just like that? Very unprofessional! The place looked great, very clean, spacious and bright.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The studio itself is gorgeous, but more importantly they do an awesome job with hair. I have super thick and difficult hair and Kris the owner is wonderful and very very talented. They are also an Aveda studio which is great because it's hard to find Aveda product in the area.
