Charlie's Bar & Grill

Very disappointed in our visit. We didn't get our meals served at the same time. Some people got it right away, some had to wait for 15 min & some for about 25 minutes. I ordered a sandwich with mayo on the side. It came without it & then I asked the waitress for the side of mayo again, she said that it's already on a sandwich & refused to bring a side!!!! Another negative is some of the waitresses attire. Ours was actually dressed, while other waitresses showed too much cleavage and more.... their tops left very very very to imagination.

Worst pizza I ever had! If i could put 0 stars i would. They burnt my first pizza and failed to tell me this till I was waiting to pick up my order for 1 hour and 40 minutes! When they told me my first pizza was burnt I said well can I at least have that because I was supper Hungary. They said no because the kitchen staff was eating my pizza . Now after I finally get my pizza I had to wait another 10 minutes to have some one ring my order up! I sat by the check out and workers passed by me and failed to recognize my existence. After I was feed up with the wait I grabbed a not and was writing on how bad the service was and to thank them for wasting my time and for the free pizza because they failed to ring me up. That is when a worker finally said she will do it. I didn't even get discount or complementary dish she made me pay full price. If that wasn't bad enough when I got home my "deep dish" pizza was just two pizza dough stuck together and it was under cooked with very little cheese. I gave this place one last chance with the new management and that was the worst that it has ever been. Will not eat at charlies ever again would rather go to fabianos or Diana's were i know I can get more reliable food and services.

Poor service. Waitress not knowledgeable about menu. No return to to ask how service or food is. Not drink refill offered.

Nice location. Great food. Great drink selection. Many big TVs. Not a big fan of the live trivia.
