Char Haus Pub & Grill

I love this place! The food is always great. The service is always excellent. It's a cozy atmosphere with wonderful regulars. I wouldn't bring children though, especially if they need a high chair, because the seating areas are kind of small.

Food is very good, service is great. However after you have eaten your meal they inform you of a "convenience fee" if you want to use your debit/credit card. Was there many times until they started charging their fee. I even informed the waitress that they couldn't charge a convenience fee according to the standard MasterCard agreement. However she refused to lift the fee, fortuenetly we had cash.

Great service and food! Homemade liver pate ,dipping sauce, tartar sauce, and soups. Kids menu. Nightly specials. Varied menu. Nice inside setting.

Food was mediocre, if we didn't ask, after being seated, who our waitress was, we would have sat here all night getting our own drinks from the bar. The waitresses would be better off with an order book and calculator instead of the tablets that they don't know how to use. Noreen was a great waitress .

Awesome food, they do charge you if you use a credit card. Family owned and operated with a great staff. Food has always been good, never a bad experience.
