The biggest bookstore in Manitoba and it didn't disappoint me! I've found lots of great books there and bought some of them. The vibe is also very peaceful and the staffs were very helpful and friendly!
Pretty awesome store. The selection is amazing, the store is so big, there's two stories of books and games and so many other things. Pretty good prices on books as well. Definitely recommend shopping here all day long. It's in a good location as well, close by the shopping mall. Love it.....
Doing it's best to keep brick and mortar book buying around but also starting to feel like it's phasing out of some categories like planners. So many journals or diaries but less and less planners all the time it feels like. Boy I must sound like a nutjob talking about planners so much. Anyway, good service but sometimes I would rather support the locally owned bookshop. Good if you need a copy of a popular book same day though!
Always interested in spending the spare time in book stores rather than buying the books online, you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and choose the right book
It's interesting to see how Chapters has changed over the years. Once full of books, and a Starbucks in house, the market has changed significantly, but yet Chapters Indigo has survived. They continue to re-invent themselves every year to stay in business. Every visit, I see changes. The latest time, I noticed an increase in the amount books they're carrying. Perhaps a good sign.
I always find amazing gifts here and trendy stationary and home decor! I was unable to find a book I was hoping to purchase - I asked for help and both the ladies who helped me were very genuine and nice even though they were unable to find the book they gave me a ticket for another store in the city and offered to call them to put it on hold for me! This was so nice. I will for sure be back. The Starbucks staff are awesome! And the bathrooms were clean as well as the rest of the store! Even the on sale section was neatly organized.
Very friendly and helpful staff. After finding more than what we came for, we were checked out by Amber who is the first person in a Chapters/Indigo to ever explain the benefits of the Plum Plus rewards and help us maximize our savings.
Chapter's is definitely my go to store! Expect to spend time here. As a book lover, I could definitely spend a day here. Just sad they've taken seating out of the store. My husband has no where to rest while I shop. lol
I’m more of a McNally Robinson person myself, but Chapters had the Christmas gifts I needed so I went there. Chapters had an vast selection of books, music, and games. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Excellent customer service. Received offers of help from two employees and had lovely chats with each of them. Very helpful.
