Kelly is one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered! You can really tell she cares and loves her job. She went above and beyond to search through the system for my information when I wasn’t sure what I had put in. I wasn’t going to bother her with it, but she was genuinely excited to help!! All of the employees I’ve met at this location have been wonderful, but Kelly provides especially good service.nThis location also has a wonderful book selection, and is always clean and nicely laid out. It always feels peaceful, even when it’s busy, because it’s such a large location.

This Indigo branch is one of the biggest in Montreal. There are two floors but all the major titles and other accessories are on thr ground floor. The upper floor is the kid's section and a small café.

Love the place. Staff are always helpful. Many selections. Though the pricing is almost always better online for the discounts.nThe renovations and organization of the book sections are much better. They could add more desks, chairs and sofas though, very limited compared to other places. Nonetheless, will always have a place in my heart.

Indigo is one of my favorite spots! I could easily hide in this store for hours, browsing books, stationery, and little treasures. The cozy atmosphere makes it so relaxing, and the staff are friendly and helpful whenever you need them.

I love going to Indigo, but today was an odd trip. I was there right at opening this morning, and the floor manager was coaching other employees. She was very loud about it, telling them to push promotions and how to essentially be aggressive with trying to push people to buy things. I'm personally less likely to buy if a salesperson does this, but if this is her way of instructing her employees to be, that's fine. But in the back room and not out on the floor loudly in front of customers is much more professional. I found it rather disruptive as a customer, and pretty offputting. I left and didn't end up buying anything.
