Love the place. Staff are always helpful. Many selections. Though the pricing is almost always better online for the discounts.nThe renovations and organization of the book sections are much better. They could add more desks, chairs and sofas though, very limited compared to other places. Nonetheless, will always have a place in my heart.

I like that shop. Fast pick up and good service overall. The quality is excellent!!!

This place never ceases to amaze me. The employee picks, the seasonal change in interior design and upkeep, the variety of books and gift ideas are just to name a few. Always impressed with the decor and level of detail and the effort spent in creating an ambiance for the avid book reader, or at least showcasing varieties for those who are maybe not so sure like myself of what to read... and yes i ended up finding something to read.

Recently visited and was pleasantly surprised with the changes. Children section is upstairs and SPACIOUS, along with a little cafe same area Starbucks used to occupy. Store is clean, staff is friendly, overall great experience! A large part of the first floor is a gift/home decor/beauty/papeterie section….would prefer more books and less of the other stuff.

Feel great to visit the biggest bookstore. It has been a long while since pandemic hit. Buying books on line never match the real experience of seeing, browsing and the touching whatever interesting. Besides, a bookstore is not just a bookstore. It has various dimensions, as far as your imagination will guild you to. It was enjoyable and rewarding.
