The last month was so incredibly difficult with the passing of my grandmother. But you guys did everything right. When I had questions after the dust was settled, you guys were there to answer all questions. When I needed direction on how to bring my grandmother back home to Singapore with me, you gave me everything I needed. Thank you all so so much! Grandma Brunette is safe and sound in Singapore now. I never had any issues with traveling with AirCanada or ANA. God Bless!
First of all I would like to thank Jim and his crew for making this so easy. Thank you for all that you did for my family. You're compassion went a long way. From start to finish it was almost as if Orlando was a family member of yours.. I appreciate all that you did for us.

Thank you Stephanie Ho, Samantha Bazinet and staff at Chapel of the Bells. I was super impressed with the level of attention, knowledge, and degree of customer service we received for my grandmother's traditional Buddhist funeral. The staff were highly compassionate and accommodating. Made the stressful situation seamless and pain-free. Highly recommend Stephanie Ho for any Asian family looking to make sure their loved one's funeral follows the necessary rituals. Before my grandmother's death, I was pretty wary of funeral homes, but I totally get it now... you definitely want competent, experienced people taking care of your family during a really difficult time! Five caskets out of five.
The experience I had at the Chapel of the Bells on Centre St on 20th December, 2021 was truly horrendous. From the booking of the funeral with a person with no empathy to the day of the ceremony; where upon entering the Chapel of the Bells, they got the name of my dear Mom wrong, even though her picture and details were clearly displayed on the screen. We had arranged to see my Mom before the service and despite sending a picture of her at their request which was received, they made no attempt to prepare her, not even wiping the dry blood from her nose. On seeing my distress at the state of her, a hairdryer, brush and water spray were produced by the staff in an effort to make her look half decent, in the end my husband held her head while I tried to style her bangs, it was truly heartbreaking. During the service the music to one of the hymns we had provided did not start on time, there was just silence so we started to sing and halfway through our singing the music came on. It was a horribly sad time for all concerned. The only reason I am giving them one star is because at my suggestion, they made a charitable donation of $500 to the Alzheimer’s Society in her name.
Chapel of the Bells funeral home made dealing with my father‘s small service and burial so much more bearable. Every single employee that my family dealt with was kind, compassionate and very professional. They definitely do a good job. We had no complaints whatsoever.
A special thank you to all the personnel at McInnis & Holloway chapel of the bells location. Each person we spoke with was very professional and provided advice to help with the many decisions that needed to be made. They brought together the decisions and delivered a positive experience for our family. We highly recommend McInnis & Holloway to help families deal with a very sad day.
We were met by very courteous staff upon our first arrival. Then we were taken care of by our funeral planner, Stephanie Ho. She provided us with excellent arrangements throughout the whole difficult process and was very thorough and answered all our questions expertly. The other staff were incredible with helping us organize and providing resources for the service and to help with estate planning afterwards. Thank you for helping us get through a very trying time.
A great big Thank you to McInnis & Holloway Chapel of the Bells location for doing an outstanding job with our Mothers funeral service earlier this month. having to work within the confines of Covid 19 restrictions, they did a fabulous job! they handled our Fathers arrangements and a few other family members and friends over the years. I would highly recommend them in those times of need.
Thank you for amazing service from start to finish. Your kind, caring, compassionate staff made a very difficult experience a whole lot easier. Thank you Ernie, Aaron, Alex, Doug, Chris and Abbey for all of your help! You all went above and beyond. Super grateful for everything.
