Went for a quiet birthday dinner and got the WORST waitress service ever. Only visit was just after getting meal. Had to get waitress to get tab. Spaghetti and meatballs and atmosphere great as usual - why we go.Food: 5/5
We ordered two takeout pizzas which were ready before the expected time which was nice. We got our pizzas home and sug into aome of the most delicious pizza I've had in quite a long time.Food: 5/5
I’m just being honest. I did not think the wings were going to be good. Pre packaged blue cheese?? I could not be more wrong!! Very good wings and the portion was super honest to the price. This place must be a blast on Friday sat night. Massive place for events. I chopped it up with the owner as she filled my soda water multiple times and didn’t charge me for. I B back.
Food had good flavor, but it took an hour and 20 minutes for delivery less than a mile away, 35 minutespast their estimated delivery time. When we called to inquire why it was so late we were told "It's out for delivery, but I don’t know when it left." I don't know what the wait was, but the sandwiches, pizza and sides arrived cool/Luke warm and we were tempted to tell them to keep it. Cheese on pizza separated cleanly at the cuts instead of still being melted see photo. We ordered at 6:08 and received the food at 7:29. Fortunately we have an air Fryer to heat it up.. That's completely unacceptable. There are plenty of other options out there, I won't be ordering from Chanticlear again. Poor service, poor communication, poor problem solving, only decent food.
Great Happy Hour specials and craft beer. Love the Bang Bang Shrimp and pretzels with nacho dipping sauce. The Hot Italian Sandwich was meaty, cheesy and delicious. Unexpectedly different varieties of pizza were also far better than the chain delivery guys. Great servers and a very friendly establishment! Future visit was a "Works" Burger with missing bacon. Unfortunately, it wasn't noticed until half finished. Waitress cheerfully brought three slices over which was nice. Would have been nicer on the burger in the first place.
I really love there sauce however am on the fence about the pizzà sometimes it looks great other times it looked not so great; The last time I was there it was half and half’ the chicken was good but the pizza was scary;
Awesome pizza, Awesome service & great atmosphere. I've only had chanticlear delivered from another location & I wasn't impressed. So glad I gave this one a chance, will definitely be back!
One of our top favorite places to eat. Friendly mid-western people. Love the pizza, broasted chicken and Mac n cheese. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu and game machine with toys. Parking: Long lot shared with many businesses in the strip mall. Usually not too long of a wait to get a spot if it's full. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking w/wheelchair ramp to door. Floor level table and chairs available.
I ordered a pizza and it was burnt and cold Plus I had a beer and I went to take the last swig of it, and it had a fly in it. I told the waiter and he said it wasn't in there when I gave it to you, as if I pulled it out of the air and put it in there. GROSS I might as well ate my pizza on the floor.
Best pizza in town! Everything is made fresh, how can you beat that! The staff here is great too, 1/2 price on Monday if you eat in the restaurant was a great deal!
