Changes Unisex Hair Salon

I went in to have my ends blonde(ombre/ balayage) not very hard to do. Brought a picture of what i wanted and a video. I have auburn shoulder length hair. Told them on the phone when i made the appointment. I was marked down for a colour. The "stylist" I had kept taking walk ins. Flipped out because I wanted blonde. Overbooked herself. And did the complete opposite of what was asked. I ended up with choppy chunky and brassy early 90's highlights. And sat with the bleach in my hair in a cold corner for 2 hours while she did her walk ins. She did not put a toner in my hair, like I told her would be needed because of my hair having red undertones. And then she took and hour to blow dry my hair. Over $100 and it wasn't close to what I asked for. The "stylist" just wanted to get as many people done as possible. I do not recommend.

The staff are friendly and the prices are great, yet for a place that offers walk-ins you sometimes have to wait an hour or more.

Frieda did my hair. She did a great job. She is friendly, professional and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. I would recommend her.
