Great store, always very kind and willing to work with her customers to make their experience pleasant. Has great warm inviting place. Also super affordable prices. Beauty supplies and hair supplies. Along with good set deals for hair care.

Terrible Service!!! The owner spent 2 hours trying to sell me products from a hair care line. I called ahead and asked if she could cut and install my clip ins, upon arrival she was unable to because she 'didn't know how' and even asked me to show her and do it myself. Something that a trained professional should know how to do. The hair straightener she used was low-end and burnt, and was pulling out strands of hair because it was broken. I paid $50 for her to wash and 'burn' my hair, something I could have done for free at home. Hours of operation are not what was listed. I returned on a saturday at 2pm to look for shampoos & conditioner but the store was closed.

The quality of the hair extensions are SO bad! I do like their hair products though
