Brought back memories of me visiting turkey, the food was similar to the original recipe. It’s very busy but it’s worth every minute of waiting for the order. The food price is also good for the quality you get. The atmosphere is not luxury but its perfect spot for take out. Make sure you add double meat it will taste even better. :
Honestly I really wanted to like this place but it was so over crowded, the line to order was literally wrapping around inside the restaurant. Long wait to order and an even longer wait again to get ur order called and choose ur toppings. The food wasn’t the best, no spicy sauce options, great variety of toppings though and the bread for the sandwich was massive which was nice but I couldn’t tell the difference between the lamb and chicken which is crazy. Unclean washroom, and dirty tables, definitely need more maintenance around the restaurant - we had to clean the previous persons table because no one came to clean it. They got our order wrong after long wait too. : Wouldn’t recommend after wonderland because of the long wait.
I recently ordered a chicken döner from Champion's Döner, and it was an amazing experience! The chicken was delicious and flavorful, and all the toppings were incredibly fresh. I was impressed with the generous amount of ingredients packed into the sandwich, and the bun was freshly baked. The variety of sauces served on the side enhanced the overall taste. This was undoubtedly one of my best Döner/Shawarma experiences in Toronto.
Great place, service and food. All toppings look fresh and tasty, however turnips and pickles could be improved too salty and bitter. Overall, I am happy with the whole experience and will definitely drop by again if I’m around.
Huge portions, clean restaurant and kind staff. One plate can easily feed 2 people. The wrap is also great. I'd definitely come back and try their other menu items!
