Chameleon Cafe is a fast-casual, family friendly, upscale gastro pub. Serving mostly from scratch, fresh, unique & seasonal: sandwiches tacos, soups, salads, shared plates and variations of classic comfort foods. The menu changes a lot as different fruits and vegetables come in and go out of season, and staples like the Texas Brisket Sandwich and Cheat Day will most likely always be own our menu.
Part of our focus is appealing to several niche markets; healthy options, vegetarian, gluten free and a place parents can have an adult meal in a restaurant that is truly kid friendly (without having to give them quarters for games). No burgers, no fries. No deep fryer, no microwave. We have all Minnesota brewed beer on tap, domestic beer in cans and bottles, and wines from around the world.
